By using the Rez Rebate service, operated by Consumer Travel Club Inc. (“Rez Rebate,” “we,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the Rez Rebate program and outline the rights and responsibilities of both you (the “Client”) and Rez Rebate.

1. Closed User Group Membership Rez Rebate is a members-only platform. By participating, you confirm that:

• You have opted into our rebate program by registering as a member

• You provided accurate personal details to access the platform

• You understand access to rebate-eligible bookings is not open to the public and requires active participation within our closed user group

2. Rebate Program Terms

​

• You will be charged the full rate at the time of booking. Rebates are processed after travel is completed.

• Rebates are not discounts. They are commission-sharing payments made only after Rez Rebate receives funds from its affiliate partners.

• You must book using links or platforms specifically approved by Rez Rebate. If bookings are not properly tracked or credited, no rebate will be issued.

3. Rebate Eligibility and Payout Timing

• Rebates are issued within 45–90 days of completed travel.

• You are responsible for maintaining current contact and payment information.

• Cancelled, modified, or non-compliant bookings are ineligible for rebates.

4. Transparency and Advertising Disclosure

​

• You agree not to publicly advertise post-rebate pricing.

• All rebate-related messaging must clearly show that the rebate is issued after purchase and is not a direct discount.

5. Limitations of Liability

​

• Rez Rebate is not responsible for customer experience with third-party booking platforms, travel providers, or delays in rebate processing caused by affiliate partners.

• Our liability is limited to the amount of commission actually received for your completed booking.

6. Compliance and Amendments

​

• You agree to comply with all relevant booking policies, terms of use, and any updates to this Agreement.

• Rez Rebate may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

​

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court in Wake County, NC.

8. Consent to Electronic Communication

​

• You consent to receive all communications and rebate confirmations electronically.
